FAQs Movie Retreat with David

What are Living Miracles Movie Retreats Like?

Movie retreats with David are a deep dive into a direct experience of healing. Movies are like ‘modern-day parables’. David uses the visual imagery to demonstrate and expand on metaphysical teachings of ACIM, as well as to dive into practical healing themes. Through watching the characters go through their transformation, we share in the experience, actively participating in mind-watching and the practice of forgiveness.

Being a group setting, spaces and meals are shared. Therefore mindfulness is called for in support of the most conducive and supportive retreat atmosphere for everyone. Sometimes there is great joy, at other times there is a call for silence and stillness. Regardless, there is an underlying and consistent reverence for our shared purpose. You are being invited into a place where there is a constant prayer for the Holy Spirit to guide and provide what is most helpful for all.
